These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the j177 online gaming platform, operated at j177.one ("the Platform"). j177 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any content available on j177.one.

By completing the j177 registration process, clicking "I Accept," logging in to your account, or otherwise using any service available on the Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific j177 products or promotions. These documents are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026 and supersede all prior versions. j177 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the j177 Platform and all its gaming products is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing j177 for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of j177 or any of its gaming technology partners, and are not a close family member of such a person;
• You have not been self-excluded from j177 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, or if a prior self-exclusion period has expired and you have completed the formal re-entry process;
• You have not previously had a j177 account closed for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

j177 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm your eligibility. Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on j177. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j177 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with that individual, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances in the additional accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your j177 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information j177 requests during registration or subsequent verification. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay payment processing and withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your j177 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. j177 will treat all actions performed under your credentials as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify j177 support immediately by contacting [email protected].

j177 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for specific products or cryptocurrency options (e.g., USDT TRC20 via Coins.ph).

j177 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Deposits are credited to your j177 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. j177 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

j177 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your j177 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your j177 account must have completed the required KYC verification before withdrawals above the basic threshold are processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by j177 compliance;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• j177 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

j177 is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. j177 may request proof of source of funds, request enhanced due diligence documentation, or report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required to do so. Players who fail to provide requested AML documentation may have withdrawals suspended pending compliance review.

j177 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and special event promotions. All j177 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible j177 players only. j177 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Bonuses are void if j177 determines the player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, use of automated tools, arbitrage betting, or collusion;
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings resulting from the use of bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) are eligible for withdrawal;
• j177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on j177 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming any wager. j177 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. Bets can only be placed while sufficient funds are available in your j177 wallet.

All odds displayed on j177 are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. j177 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that were entered incorrectly and are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. j177 will notify affected players and refund the original stake in such cases.

A bet may be declared void by j177 under the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable cut-off period; the bet was placed on an incorrectly priced market; the underlying event result is in dispute pending official resolution; or evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity is found to have affected the event outcome. Voided bets are refunded to your j177 wallet at the original stake amount.

j177 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting rules for each sport and game type. j177 reserves the right to limit the stakes accepted from any player at any time without providing a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j177 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using j177 if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account or facilitating others in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information or documentation;
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets, exploit platform features, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in live casino games;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction intended to circumvent AMLA obligations;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Accessing or using j177 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward j177 staff or other players through any platform channel.

j177 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, j177 is required to implement and maintain responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players. j177 provides the following responsible gaming features within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap your maximum allowed losses over a defined period;
• Wagering Limits — restrict the total amount you can wager per session or period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined number of days;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the j177 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the chosen exclusion period.

All content on the j177 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and game content, is the intellectual property of j177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j177 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any j177 content.

Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from j177.one is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, j177's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your j177 account at the time the claim arises.

j177 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI) that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Losses attributable to decisions made by the player based on their own interpretation of betting odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

j177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes;
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request;
• Direction from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — any remaining balance will be held per applicable regulations);
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, j177 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bets placed in violation of these Terms. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player fault, j177 will return the verified real-money balance to the account holder via the originating payment method.

j177 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j177 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, or through a prominent notice on the j177 Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued access to or use of the j177 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact j177 support at [email protected] to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. j177 will endeavor to respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute relates to a regulated gaming matter, you may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official player complaint channels. j177 is committed to cooperating fully with PAGCOR in all regulatory matters.
